Boutique Fashion Stylist - Alamance Crossing, Burlington, NC

BOHOBLU is a locally owned boutique that offers a unique collection of clothing, shoes, and accessories for women. We are looking for an experienced Fashion Stylist to join our team and help our customers find the pieces that fit their own personal style.

Responsibilities:

• Work with customers to understand their fashion needs and preferences
• Provide fashion advice and recommendations to customers
• Help customers select outfits, accessories, and shoes that make them look and feel their best!
• Stay up-to-date with fashion trends
• Participate in merchandising and visual display activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Treat your team and our customers with kindness and respect
• Contribute to the overall success of your team the boutique

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in fashion styling or related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and styles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Willingness to work in a team environment as well as on your own when needed
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed (Black Friday & Small Business Saturday is REQUIRED every year)

Job Type: Part-time (Minimum of 15 hours or 3 shifts per week)

Thursday through Sunday

Salary: up to $14.00 per hour depending on experience
