ORDERING

How can I know what size to order? 

We have a couple options for you. We have size charts here: size charts. While they can give you a general sizing idea, they are not a foolproof way to find your perfect size. If you want to know how a specific item will fit, chat with a stylist on our site Monday - Friday from 10am - 6pm EST! After hours you may catch Jenny, our owner, who is always happy to help. You can also message us on social media and we will respond as quickly as possible. Our team of stylists will help you with all of your sizing, fit, and styling needs! 

Can you help me put together an outfit? 

Absolutely! You can reach us on any social media platform, or use our chat box. 

I’m in love with something that’s out of stock in my size! What can I do? 

You can do a few things! You can message us and ask if there are any available that aren’t online yet (sometimes we get restocks that haven’t been added to the website yet that we are happy to add for you).  You can also sign up for restock notifications!

What methods of payment do you accept? 

We accept Amazon, American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal, and Afterpay.

If I place an order, when will I be charged? 

You will be charged as soon as you checkout! 

SHIPPING

How much will it cost to ship my order? 

Great news! We offer free standard domestic shipping on orders over $50 and only $4.99 shipping on any orders under $50! If you are in Canada, shipping is $15.

When can I expect my order to ship? 

Most in-stock items will ship within 1 - 2 days of ordering. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or nationally observed US Holidays. 

Can I cancel or modify my order before it has shipped? 

If you notice an error with your order, contact us immediately! We can’t make any promises but if your order hasn't been processed, we’ll be happy to help you make the change or cancel the order.  If the order has already been packaged, unfortunately there will be nothing we can do to stop it from shipping.

How will I know when my order has shipped? 

You will receive an email or text depending on your choice at checkout.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you have not received your order confirmation, please check your SPAM folder.  If it isn’t there, please contact us immediately at web@bohoblu.com or via chat to ensure your order did in fact process.  If it did process, we will resend your order information. If it did not, we’ll help you get the order placed!

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?

We sure do!

PROMOS AND GIFT CARDS: 

Can I use promo codes with the purchase of already discounted items or sale items?

Some promo codes will be restricted to full priced items only.  There will occasionally be some that can be used for any purchase.  Please read the accompanying information with each code.

Can I use promo codes and/or discounts with gift card purchases?

Promo codes and discounts cannot be used when purchasing a gift card! 

How do I use a promo code? 

Once you are at the checkout screen, you will see a box for your code on the right hand side!

What do I do if I can’t find my e-gift card? 

When you lose a gift card code or need a balance update, you can email support@bohoblu.com with your name and order number and request an updated gift card.  This information can only be given to the original customer. 

How do I redeem my e-gift card? 

When making a purchase on BohoBlu.com, you can redeem the value of a gift card by entering its unique code at checkout. This code isn't case sensitive. A gift card holds a balance, which can be spent over more than one order.

When you redeem a gift card, the checkout displays one of the following options:

  • If the balance available on the gift card is greater than or equal to the order total, then you can click Complete order.
  • If the balance available on the gift card is less than the order total, then you will be prompted to choose a second payment method for the balance before placing the order.

Does my gift card code expire?

Our gift cards and store credit do not expire! It will wait in our system until you are ready to place your next order. Don’t wait too long though, that piece you love might be sold out. 

I have a store gift card I want to use online, how do I do that? 

Email us at gc@bohoblu.com with a photo of the back of the gift card! We will convert it to an e-gift card for you to use online. This cannot be undone, but it won’t expire for online use. 

I have an e-gift card that I want to use in stores, can I do that? 

Unfortunately, our stores do not have access to e-gift cards. Fortunately, we offer free shipping so it is fast and easy to get your online purchase!

RETURNS: 

What is your return policy? 

While we hope you love each piece you ordered, we understand that sometimes they don’t work out! In that case, our return policy is as follows:

Within 30 days of purchase: Store credit, exchanges or refunds are allowed on all unworn, tagged merchandise with a receipt.

Within 60 days of purchase: Store credit on all unworn, tagged merchandise with a receipt. Extended Holiday Return Policy - Any regular price gifts purchased between Nov 1st and Dec 24th can be returned as late as Jan 15th. All other return rules apply.

All warehouse sale and online warehouse sale purchases are FINAL.

What does the return process look like? 

To start the return process, send us an email to returns@bohoblu.com. We will confirm that your return will fall within our policy and then approve your return. Then you will need to mail it back to us, including your invoice, using whatever shipping method you prefer! 

Do you offer online exchanges? 

We do not exchange items but you would simply need to return the items that did not work out, and then purchase the new desired items from our website! 

How long will it take to process my return?

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to process

Can you tell me more about Prop 65?

If there is one thing we love, it's YOU our sweet customers! We want to ensure that you always have all of the information you need. There is a label you will see on some of our products that come from California. We know… It looks scary! Our state doesn’t require this labeling, but California does so you will see it in items sold in all stores, not just ours. If there is no label and you are not in California, it doesn’t mean it doesn’t have those same chemicals it just means there is no law regulating them. Since a lot of our clothing comes from California, it is something you may see. This link provides more information should you want to research further: click here!
